Technical support is available for all processes from machine operation to formulation.

Eiger's professional technical development team consists of two teams: hardware and software.

The hardware team creates the optimal environment for the needs of customers, from repairs to machine development and modification.

The software team supports technical aspects such as product function upgrade (life waterproofing, touch screen function, etc.) & coating with new technology & formulation and coating method suitable for the local situation.
